The course for the 113th edition of the Scheldeprijs in Terneuzen was presented. There are no major changes. As tradition dictates, the sprinters, men and women alike, can look forward to a majestic sprint on the Churchilllaan in Schoten on Wednesday 9 April. View the summary of the teams in attendance in the message below.

As in previous years, the men’s race kicks off at 13:00 in Terneuzen, with Zeeland once again serving as the backdrop for the opening kilometres. After a start to the race through the polders and over the dikes, where the wind has free rein, the peloton crosses the border at Bergen op Zoom onto Belgian soil. It then heads towards Schoten via Essen, Wuustwezel, Hoogstraten and Brecht. There are then three local laps of 17 km each that include the cobblestones of Broekstraat. The men’s finish is expected at around 17:30.

For the men, a total of 9 UCI WorldTeams, 11 UCI ProTeams and 2 UCI Continental Teams will be at the start in Terneuzen. The teams of last season’s top three - Merlier (Soudal Quick-Step), Philipsen (Alpecin-Deceuninck) and Groenewegen (Team Jayco AlUla) - are already confirmed:
