BIKE is a fun, sweaty, and effective 45-minute indoor cycling workout that engages your entire body. Set to candlelight and fueled by epic beats, it’s designed to take your mind off everything while pushing your limits. Whether it’s your first time on a bike or you’re a seasoned athlete, you’ll feel your heart rate rise as you power through a series of resistance drills that challenge both legs, core, and upper body. Bike shoes are required for this class and will be provided by our front desk team when you check in. Please note that the Rite Studio sessions are paid and require a separate ticket.
