REFORM is a 50-minute Reformer Pilates group class that blends mind and body to help you find your flow and fully engage your core. Using high-quality equipment and guided by professional trainers, you’ll tone and strengthen your core muscles for stability, balance, and overall well-being. Grip socks are required for this class and can be purchased at every studio. Please note that the Rite Studio sessions are paid and require a separate ticket. We’re wrapping up FLCS Clubhouse with one final social run (7KM, social pace). One last community run to celebrate five days of lifestyle, sports, and connection, we hope you’ve had a blast. Participation is free, just let us know you’re coming. And after the run? Stick around for a relaxed closing set by our DJ, good music, great vibes, and the perfect way to wind down together (no dance floor required).
